The main working mechanism of the labeling machine consists of several parts, including a labeling device, a labeling device, a printing device, a gluing device, and an interlocking device.
Standard supply device. The labeling device refers to a device that can supply label paper according to certain process requirements during the labeling process. It usually consists of a label compartment and a label pushing device, where the label compartment is a device for storing labels, also known as a label box. It can be designed as fixed or swinging according to requirements, with two structural forms: frame type and box type. Box type standard warehouses are commonly used. It mainly consists of a bottom plate and two side plates, with adjustable spacing between the two sides to adapt to the size changes of the label. The adjustment generally adopts a spiral device, and there are retaining claws on both sides of the front end of the label compartment, which have different structural forms such as needle, claw, or comb teeth. Its function is to prevent the label from falling from the label compartment, and at the same time, the label can be separated one by one during the label retrieval process. There is a label pushing device in the label compartment, which allows for continuous replenishment of the labels in front after they are removed. Common standard supply devices come in several forms as shown in the figure. Figure 7-la shows a pulley type, with the label box designed to tilt. When pushing the label, the tilt angle and the weight of the pulley determine the driving force on the label stack. Figure 7-lb shows a heavy hammer type, with a horizontal label box. The weight of the heavy hammer is determined by the pushing pressure of the label, and the machine needs to be stopped to supplement the label. It is mostly suitable for vertical labeling machines. Figure 7-lc shows a lever type, with the label box vertically supplied from the top surface. The supply force is determined by the size of the balance weight, and as the label paper decreases, the push label plate automatically rises. It is suitable for horizontal labeling machines with simple structure and high productivity, but additional labeling requires shutdown. Figure 7-ld shows the spring type, and the pushing pressure is the spring force, which is variable. When the label layer is thicker, the pressure is greater, and vice versa. The spring can be a disc spring, and it also needs to be stopped when adding labels. It is suitable for vertical labeling machines
