Operating steps of prefilled filling and stoppering machine
I. Preparation
Machine Readiness Check:
Verify the equipment is in normal operating condition, free from faults or abnormalities.
Component Inspection:
Ensure stopper feed lines, tubing, pump heads, and valve pathways are clear, unobstructed, and free from blockages, damage, corrosion, or residue.
Material Preparation:
Inspect the material reservoir, fill it with the product, and confirm material quality meets specifications.
Machine Startup & Warm-up:
Power on the filling and stoppering machine. Allow it to warm up for 10-15 minutes to reach optimal operating temperature prior to commencing work.
II. Filling Procedure
Material Loading:
Transfer the required volume of material into the product reservoir.
System Priming:
Connect the filling lines and open the feed valve to prepare for filling.
Container Placement & Filling Start:
Position the container(s) on the filling station. Initiate the machine cycle and maintain a consistent filling speed.
Process Monitoring:
Continuously monitor machine operation during filling. Ensure line flow remains unobstructed to prevent clogging.
Filling Completion:
Upon finishing the fill cycle, close the feed valve. Allow the machine to run idle.
III. Stoppering Procedure
Stoppering Head Selection:
Select the appropriate stoppering head and install it onto the machine.
Needle Attachment & Adjustment:
Connect the extension needle. Adjust its length to achieve the correct insertion depth for the container type.
Head Positioning:
Gently lower the stoppering head into the container until it contacts the liquid surface. Position the head at the predetermined depth.
Stoppering Cycle:
Open the stoppering valve to initiate head descent. Close the valve once stoppering is complete. Maintain normal machine operation.
